The Information and How We Use It

You can browse our website anonymously. If you raise a query or place an order with us then we will ask you to provide some personal information that will allow us to service your request. If you contact us (either online, in person, via telephone, fax or letter) and provide any personal data (such as name, address, telephone number etc) then this information will only be used in the course of providing service to you. We will not send unsolicited communications to you unless you explicitly give your consent.

We will ask your permission to add your details to our mailing list, so that we can keep you informed of new products and services, product enhancements, special offers and other announcements relating to our products. If you have opted in to our update emails, you can decide to change your permissions at any time by clicking on the Unsubscribe links in emails that we send to you or by contacting us by phone, or by email.

If you have purchased an instrument from us or had an instrument repaired or recalibration by us, then we offer a free service to remind you when that instrument is due to be recalibrated. Personal data collected as part of this service will only be used to create and send calibration reminders to you.

In addition to any personal data you might supply to us, we collect aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop the site and our services and we may provide such aggregate information to third parties. These statistics do not include information that can be used to identify any individual.
